This Risk Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ConsX ("Company") and the user ("User") accessing or using the educational and informational materials provided by ConsX. By accessing or using any materials provided by ConsX, including but not limited to handbooks, courses, podcasts, analysis dashboards, simulators, or any other content ("Materials"), the User acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Educational and Informational Purpose: The User acknowledges that all Materials provided by ConsX are for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The User understands that any information provided by ConsX does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any investment, security, or financial instrument.

Risk of Loss: The User acknowledges that investing in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other securities, involves inherent risks. The User understands that there is a risk of loss of capital and that the value of investments may fluctuate. The User agrees that they are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on the information provided by ConsX and that they assume all risks associated with their investment activities.

No Guarantee of Performance: The User acknowledges that past performance is not indicative of future results. The User understands that historical data, backtesting results, and any performance metrics provided by ConsX are hypothetical in nature and do not guarantee future performance. The User agrees not to rely solely on past performance or any performance projections when making investment decisions.

Market Volatility: The User acknowledges that financial markets are subject to volatility and unpredictability. The User understands that market conditions can change rapidly, leading to significant fluctuations in asset prices. The User agrees to exercise caution and prudence when making investment decisions, particularly in volatile market conditions.

Leverage and Margin Trading: The User acknowledges that trading on margin or using leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses. The User understands that leveraged trading involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The User agrees to carefully consider the risks associated with leverage and margin trading before engaging in such activities.

Legal and Regulatory Risks: The User acknowledges that investing in financial markets may be subject to legal and regulatory risks. The User understands that laws and regulations governing financial markets may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their investment activities.

No Warranty or Liability: The User acknowledges that ConsX makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. The User agrees that ConsX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

Investment Diversification: The User acknowledges the importance of diversification in managing investment risk. The User understands that spreading investments across different asset classes, sectors, and geographical regions can help mitigate risk. The User agrees to consider diversification principles when constructing their investment portfolio.

Investment Horizon: The User acknowledges that investment success often requires a long-term perspective. The User understands that short-term market fluctuations may occur but that maintaining a disciplined investment approach over the long term can help achieve investment goals. The User agrees to consider their investment horizon when making investment decisions.

Investment Suitability: The User acknowledges that investment strategies and products may not be suitable for all investors. The User understands that their financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and other personal circumstances should be carefully considered before making investment decisions. The User agrees to assess the suitability of investment strategies and products based on their individual circumstances.

Investment Advice: The User acknowledges that ConsX does not provide personalized investment advice. The User understands that any investment decisions made based on the information provided by ConsX are solely the User's responsibility. The User agrees to consult with a qualified financial advisor or investment professional before making any investment decisions.

No Guarantee of Results: The User acknowledges that investing in financial markets carries inherent risks and uncertainties. The User understands that there is no guarantee of achieving any specific investment results or financial objectives. The User agrees to accept the risk of loss and to be solely responsible for any investment outcomes.

Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ConsX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Materials or their investment activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

By accessing or using any Materials provided by ConsX, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Risk Disclosure Agreement. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should not access or use any Materials provided by ConsX. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
